The Savings Bank
Asbestos Abatement & Mold Remediation
The team at Lepi Enterprises was hired by The Savings Bank of Circleville, Ohio to encapsulate, remove and dispose of asbestos contained or mold-contaminated building materials associated with the interior construction. Removal process on this project included drywall joint compound systems, countertop and suspended ceiling.
In areas where mold-contaminated materials were present our team cleaned the surfaces with a detergent solution and treated the space with anti-microbial coatings. Our asbestos removal processes included Full Negative Presure Enclosure in the work area. Assembling temporary barriers we were able to section off the work space from the non-effected areas.
Upon project completion final clearance testing was performed consisting of PCM samples for airborne asbestos fibers and surface sampling for mold concentration. All samples passes successfully.
Paul K. Johnson, President, Four J Properties, Inc., had this to say about Lepi Enterprises performance on this project: "I would also like to thank LEPI for their exemplary services for The Savings Bank-Loan Center project. Tony and his crew made every effort to accommodate the bank, kept careful track of what they were doing, and took great pains to keep the site neat and orderly. From my perspective, it was a pleasure to have LEPI on the first phase of this challenging project."
The environmental consultant representing the Savings Bank also stated: "On behalf The Savings Bank and other Team Members, I want to thank you for the great work that Tony and the Lepi crew completed. The project was completed per the project schedule and in full compliance with the project specification."
